Our standard
We design and build fieldnotehealth.com and the Fieldnote application to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes, on this site: a visible skip link, keyboard-reachable navigation and controls, visible focus indicators, color contrast that meets AA thresholds in both light and dark mode, support for reduced-motion preferences, and no content that depends on color alone to convey meaning.
Known limitations
This is a new site and product. We have not yet completed a third-party accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier — a control you can't reach with a keyboard, a contrast issue, text a screen reader mishandles — we want to know, and we will fix it.
Report a barrier
Email support@fieldnotehealth.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
